Work with us

We live and work in the charming village of Baleal in Portugal. Our team consists of about 8 to 12 people of different ages and backgrounds which creates a great group dynamic.

When we have time off we surf, work out, take beach walks at sunset or hang out at an outdoor café with a cold Happy Hour beer. The village also has bars and clubs. It is easy to meet new people and many quickly make friends outside the team. Here you can live life the way you want whether you prefer a relaxed pace or enjoy when there is a lot going on.

When you have time off there is plenty to explore! Lisbon is just an hour away with shopping, great food and fun nightlife. Nearby is also Nazaré with the world’s biggest wave, the medieval town Óbidos which reminds of Visby, and the magical Berlengas with crystal clear water. If you want to go even further you can visit Porto in the north or explore the Algarve coast in the south.
