What is Aldrig Ensam?
Aldrig Ensam is a nonprofit movement that has been working since 2013 to improve mental health and reduce suicides in Sweden. Through training, lectures, performances, and strong presence in media and social channels, they spread knowledge, break taboos, and create hope with the help of dedicated ambassadors.
Who is Charlie Eriksson?
Charlie Eriksson is an award-winning entrepreneur and one of Sweden’s most popular speakers on mental health. He spreads knowledge and hope on stages across the country.
In 2013, Charlie suffered from a severe depression and made several suicide attempts. He didn’t dare to tell anyone and kept everything secret out of fear of shame.
Later that year, he founded Aldrig Ensam — a nonprofit organization that shares experiences and provides accessible information about mental health. His work contributes to a more open and accepting culture, offering both hope and tools to those affected and their loved ones.
Who is Henrik Wiman?
Henrik Wiman is a licensed psychologist and runs Sweden’s largest Instagram account about mental health. With simple and clear messages, he inspires thousands to proactively take care of their well-being. He lives in Uppsala and works as a speaker and consultant with the goal of strengthening mental health in society.
“I want you to live life on your own terms and feel in control of the thoughts and behaviors that pull you down. No one can be happy all the time, but we can learn to understand and manage the low points when they come. I have always been interested in how we can help ourselves feel better without losing our way — something I’ve had the privilege to share with my followers over the past years,” says Henrik Wiman.
