Sustainability
We are passionate about doing good for our planet and want to inspire you to join us on the journey. Through small and large efforts, we try to reduce our carbon footprint and contribute to a more sustainable future. We work with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (Agenda 2030) and encourage you to order more green food in the restaurants, sort your waste when you throw away garbage in our villas, participate in our beach cleanups and rent our bicycles instead of booking a taxi.
Good health and well-being
The rising mental ill-health is a growing societal problem. We move less and less while mobile phones and social media take up a large part of our everyday lives. That is why we know how important it is for both body and mind to be well. In line with the UN's Global Goal 3 for good health and well-being, we offer the opportunity to combine surfing with yoga, cycling and other exciting activities and excursions. It's a chance to challenge yourself, take a break from everyday life and recharge your batteries, while at the same time investing in your well-being.
We support education for all
We are proud to support the Zelmerlöw & Björkman Foundation, which helps young people in Kenya with education, accommodation and food. Our founder Magnus, with a background as a teacher and headmaster, is passionate about creating opportunities for others.
In line with the UN's Global Goal 4 on quality education for all, the foundation collaborates with the Kenswed Organisation to offer secondary and vocational education that changes lives. In 2024, we donated SEK 155,000, which covered education and accommodation for 22 students for one year. So far, we have contributed over SEK 400,000 and are determined to continue making a difference.

Gender equality for all
Surfing is for everyone, regardless of gender. Although most surfers, according to the SFIA Single Sport Report 2021, are men, we are working hard to change that. By contributing to the UN's Global Goal 5 on gender equality, we encourage women to take their place among the waves and strive for an even gender distribution in our team. With us, everyone should feel welcome and be able to enjoy the fantastic surf culture, while we actively work to promote inclusion and gender equality.
We protect our oceans
We want to ensure that the ocean remains a clean and vibrant environment for future surfers. To protect the marine ecosystem, which the UN's Global Goal 14 strives to protect, we conduct regular beach cleanups and actively work to reduce plastic use.
We also offer zinc made from 100% natural minerals, so you can protect your skin without harming the ocean. The zinc is approved according to ecological and organic cosmetic criteria, which means we respect both the ocean and marine life, while you get optimal sun protection out on the board.
Sustainable consumption
Goal 12 is about sustainable consumption and production. We are passionate about supporting local businesses, not only because it feels right, but also to contribute to the local economy and sustainability. Every morning we collect fresh bread from a local bakery and collaborate with local yoga instructors and massage studios to boost the local economy and sustainability. We also take care of our equipment and extend its lifespan – a scratch on a wetsuit means repair, not an immediate replacement. We are also careful to minimize waste and always sort our rubbish correctly.
