When booking a trip with us, we usually need the following information to schedule your booking and fulfill our agreement: Name, address, email address, phone number, age of children and youths under 21 years old. In some cases, we also need your date of birth and passport information to complete the booking. The aforementioned information is handled by us and shared with our respective partners.

When you pay with a debit/credit card or through your online banking, they handle your information, just like with all payments made through your bank. Once your payment is processed, your name, address details, the amount paid, and the payment date are sent to our booking system to settle your invoice.

When you book a trip through our website, the information you fill out is sent to us via email and also stored on our web server.

Leading up to an upcoming trip, you’ll receive reminders. During this period, your email address and details such as the trip’s name and date are temporarily stored in our database for informational mailings.

Your personal information can be changed or deleted upon request from you, unless we are required to retain it for legal reasons. We inform all our partners that, by law, your personal data must be securely stored and not shared with third parties without our consent.

If you have booked a trip with us or have shown interest in our surf trips, your information is stored in our customer register. Your email address and phone number are registered there and used to provide you with relevant updates.

If you receive newsletters or other communications from us, you always have the right to opt out.

Our website uses cookies, and when you browse, they are stored in your browser until you choose to disable them in your browser settings. Your visit history is stored in your cookies to facilitate navigation on the web. When you visit our website, tracking codes from Google and social media are also included in your cookies. If you wish to update your customer profile or delete your personal information, we kindly ask you to contact us. Upon request, we will delete your personal data from our customer registers.
